1. Joining the Programme

By signing up as a SureWin affiliate, you agree to promote our services honestly and in a way that reflects positively on our brand. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.

2. Affiliate Links and Tracking

You’ll receive a unique referral link. You must use this link to ensure we can track sales and assign commissions. We’re not responsible for untracked sales if your link isn’t used or is modified.

3. Commissions

You’ll earn a commission for each qualifying sale referred through your affiliate link. Commission rates and payment schedules may change; you’ll be notified if they do. Payouts will be made monthly, provided your earnings exceed our minimum payout threshold.

4. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

Mislead customers with false claims or deceptive marketing.
Use your link for your own purchases.
Use paid advertising to bid on “Surewin” or related brand terms.
Spam, use cookie stuffing, or any illegal marketing tactics.

We reserve the right to withhold commissions and remove you from the programme if you breach these terms.

5. Compliance and Conduct

Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, including advertising standards. You’re an independent promoter, not an employee or representative of SureWin.

6. Termination

We may terminate your participation at any time, with or without cause. If your account is terminated for a breach of terms, you may forfeit unpaid commissions.

7. Changes to the Agreement

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued participation in the programme means you accept any revised terms.
